Grammy award winning artist, Olivia Rodrigo, is bringing a new kind of music festival to Southern California! The announcement came shortly after she revealed her highly anticipated "you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love" tour, making 2026 a milestone year for the singer-songwriter. Taking place in Great Park in Irvine, California, on August 29, 2026, the one-day festival celebrates women in music with an all female lineup designed to empower and uplift women and girls.
The festival features an impressive lineup of performers, including Olivia Rodrigo, Bikini Kill, Chappell Roan, Die Spitz, Doechii, Eli, Garbage, Katseye, Mitski, Not For Radio, Quiet Light, Rachel Chinouriri, Santigold, and The Breeders, with special guests Stevie Nicks, Karen O, and Sarah McLachlan! By bringing together artists from multiple generations and genres, Daisy Chain Fields aims to highlight the diversity and strength of women in music.
Beyond the music, Daisy Chain Fields reflects Rodrigo's commitment to advocacy through partnerships with several nonprofit organizations, including Baby2Baby, Black Mamas Matter Alliance, Center for Reproductive Rights, Freeform, Jhpiego, Johns Hopkins Center for Indigenous Health, National Domestic Workers Alliance, National Institute for Reproductive Health, National Women's Law Center, and Planned Parenthood. These organizations support causes that Rodrigo has consistently championed throughout her career, giving festivalgoers an opportunity to learn more about the issues and organizations making a difference.
